OZZY's All-Star Tsunami-Relief Single Delayed By Blizzard
January 24, 2005AEROSMITH's Steven Tyler, who was scheduled to record their vocals in New York for a cover of Eric Clapton's "Tears in Heaven", had to cancel his session because of the nearly 14 inches of snow that halted activity throughout the city, according to MTV.com. Recording sessions for the project, which is being helmed by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, were set to take place in both England and the U.S. beginning last Thursday. Other artists that are scheduled to lend their voices to the song, sales of which will benefit the Disasters Emergency Committee's Tsunami Earthquake Appeal, include VELVET REVOLVER, Ozzy and Kelly Osbourne.
